Accessibility and Special Needs

The AMS strives to take the appropriate steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated, or treated differently in any way at the meeting. All requests for special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must be made in a timely manner that allows ample time for evaluation and appropriate actions by the AMS Meetings Department. All special requests will remain confidential.

If anyone has any questions or needs assistance pertaining to accessibility (session rooms, public space, housing, etc.) during the meeting, they should come to the General Assistance Section of the Registration Desk, located in the Moscone South Lobby. If the desk is closed, they should send an email to meet@ams.org or jep@ams.org. If they wish to speak to someone before the meeting, they should send an email to meet@ams.org. For convenience, we list the following information.
