For this meeting, we are offering a special raffle for anyone who reserves
a room at the Marriott or Sheraton. We are also offering the Room Lottery
again for anyone who reserves a room at any of the hotels listed. Read

General
Instructions
Participants must register in order to reserve hotel accommodations through
the Mathematics Meetings Service Bureau (MMSB). Special meeting rates
have been negotiated at the following hotels. These rates apply exclusively
to reservations made through the MMSB. Hotels will start accepting reservations
directly after December 12, at which time rooms and rates will be based
on availability. A higher rate will be applied to any rooms
reserved directly with any of the hotels before December 12.
To make a reservation, please submit a completed Advance Registration/Housing
(ARH) Form (paper or electronic)
with a guarantee by November 14. It is preferable that you register
and reserve a room at the same time. Sorry, reservations cannot be
taken by phone. Participants interested in reserving suites should contact
the MMSB for further information.
Rates
Subject
to 13% state tax plus occupancy tax (US $1.00/night for Chateau Sonesta
and Renaissance; US $2.00/night for Crowne Omni Royal, and Doubletree;
US $3.00/night for Sheraton and Marriott)
Only certified students or unemployed mathematicians qualify for student
rates.

Please note that all
reservations and changes will have to be made with the hotels directly
after December 10. All final rooming lists were sent to the hotels on
Thursday, December 7. At that point, the MMSB could no longer process
hotel information. Please allow the hotels a couple of weekdays to get
the information from the lists into their system. Then, they will be
happy to take your changes, etc. If you need a reservation, see information

Meetings in San Diego.
